Agenda
A unique, new method for adolescent and adult learners of French, 'Agenda' is designed in the style of a daily planner, with the aim of emphasizing the central role of the student in the learning process. The student's book is organised into 9 days, (which corresponds to chapters) and each day is split into 2 'rendez-vous' (2 units). The communicative, task-based approach of the course encourages student collaboration and allows students to use knowledge they have acquired in a practical, meaningful way. 'Agenda' offers a complete solution to language learning in the classroom as it adopts a systematic approach to grammar progression, with clear explanations and extensive practice, and also provides plenty of exercises to develop students' pronunciation. At the end of each chapter, there is a section dedicated to introducing students to cultural topics by using games and playing short video clips from the accompanying DVD. The course provides plenty of opportunity to test students' knowledge and communicative skills in the end of unit evaluation pages, which also serve to prepare students for DELF examinations. When complete this course will comprise 4 levels, covering A1 . B1 of the Common European Framework.
